This product is formulated to approach weight loss as a lifestyle change and not something where you will be starving yourself to try and lose weight. Good dieting practice means that you should not skip meals, rather just eat less at each meal. Please consider eating plenty of vegetables, fruit, healthy fats and protein. Eat whole grains in less amounts. If you do not eat, the body will think you are starving it and will store energy as fat. If you eat properly and stay away from high sugar and unhealthy fat foods, then your body will use the energy at the faster metabolic rate.
When exercising, be sure to drink plenty of water and don’t exercise right after eating. If you are just starting to exercise, start with 10 to 20 minutes a day and work up to longer periods. Trying to do too much too fast is never a good idea. And most importantly, read and follow the directions and the warnings.
