We have been ordering this product off and on for the last 7 years. I ordered it for myself because I have severe joint pain due to fibromyalgia. It took about a month or so and I could tell a huge difference. I thought a couple times that I was okay and could stop taking it and it took about 4-5 weeks and the old pains crept back in. We also give this to our aging pups. Two of our pups, ages 15 and a now 14 year old with chronic arthritis and hip dysplasia were down, could not walk, loading their appetite and we thought it was time to put them to sleep. I listened to the CD that my gym coach gave me and a gentleman said he gave it to his pup and it helped. We thought why not? We tried it and our Indie was up walking about a week later. We got 5 more years with her. And Fello, he had a mass in his chest, we had it removed and he went downhill quickly. Unable to walk on his own, we carried him everywhere and thought we were close to the end. Once again, the MSM+C has given us more precious time with our Fello the Wonderdog! It has been a huge blessing in our lives and we recommend it to everyone with joint pain and muscle soreness/fatigue.
