The problem is mostly in our head, (I know about the thyroid issues, your knees, your sarcopenia, depression, ADHD, insomnia, anger, helplessness, addiction, covid, and whatever the medical profession has told you is an insurmountable limitation keeping you from being what you know you are.

I understand you may have diabetes, autoimmune issues, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and 1 million other reasons we have been told we can’t be who, what, and where we want to be.) 1 little change will change EVERYTHING and it’s time to show your truth by making you the truth you know you are.

With that truth of you healthy happy and loving what is good for you people will come to you to ask what happened what changed how can I do that! You may wish to keep it a secret or bless your friends. In today’s world of you can’t, we show you how you can by altering your state of mind in such a way it knocks the body and mind out of homeostasis (balance) providing momentum toward your goals, so you regain balance in a full stride to who you know you are.

That sound grandiose or too big a statement to claim? It’s to grand a statement only if you are now who you know you should be, where you should be traveling and are going full speed to a preset goal. If not, then let’s get started!

1st, if you need to lose some fat we start there before moving to other issues. From my experience weight loss will fix many other disorders. Even pain from excess weight, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, low energy, lack of focus, low motivation, kidney, liver, pancreatic function, hormone imbalance in both men and women, insomnia, sleep apnea, autoimmune disorders, to libido.

The simple weight loss plan for those who only need to lose that stubborn 10-15 lbs is plan 1.

For everyone needing to lose more than 15lbs check out plan 2.

Plan 1 for those who need a strict schedule and especially for those who want to lose that last 10-15lbs that are insanely stubborn.

For all others go to plan 2 and roll over to plan 1 when you reach the last few lbs to see that sixpack

For anyone who needs to lose more than 15 lbs

PLAN 2- Simply take 1-2 TRX-2 caps    20 min before breakfast (on empty stomach if you do not eat breakfast)

Take your foods and cut them all in ½ eat that.

While eating be sure to

  1. Chew food thoroughly into as small of pieces as possible making sure it is completely cover with saliva before swallowing
  2. Put your food or fork down between bites so we eat slow
  3. Make meal last no less than 20 min eating only the ½ and put the other ½ up for the next day or save for next meal

You will notice a few things

  1. You are just as full as you were when you ate the whole meal
  2. You feel better than you did when you ate the entire meal
  3. You have a sense of pride of enthusiasm and are better prepped to take on the day

PLAN 1- To get on the weight loss, or fat loss path for the last few lbs first we look at what we eat. So get online and Use the eatthismuch.com tool and where it says how many calories do you want to eat per day click, I don’t know. Fill out the form and get your caloric count. This is a free service no need to not do it

Once you have the caloric number, pick a diet (it will not matter which diet just pick the one you are most likely to stick with, that has foods you are most likely to eat. If you like meat pick the paleo diet. If you want to stay away from carbs select the keto diet. If you want to focus on health pick the Mediterranean diet. If you need variety without regard pick anything. If vegan select that or vegaterian.

Insert the calories into the #### calories and select the number of meals (I prefer 2 because it coincides with productivity and intermittent fasting to cleanse the liver kidneys and balance blood sugar, but it is not too important to weight loss just to lifestyle)

Find foods you are likely to eat print your plan and stick with it! DO NOT DEVIATE this is not a maybe or a sometimes this is a 6 day a week (7 if you are not lifting heavy weights 4-6 days a week and if you are then there is 1 cheat day allotted, I will explain in a latter information newsletter)
