If one of the products you purchased is damaged, you may return it to us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund or a replacement item. Call or email us and New SARMs will send a return label via email.
If an item does not arrive due to a USPS issue contact your local post office with the tracking number. After the item has left our facility we do not have any control of the package but we will work with you and USPS to get it taken care of.
If you would like to return an item, please email us at email@example.com and we will tell you the return address. We will issue a refund or replacement item as soon as we see movement on the return tracking number we are provided.
The customer is responsible for paying for and printing the return mailing label.
If you order a product from us, it will ship out within 1-3 business days AFTER PAYMENT HAS CLEARED.
If an order is placed via E-Check, we have a handling period of approximately 2 to 3 days as it takes this longer to confirm that payment has actually cleared.
We currently ship USPS Priority 2-3 Day. or Next Day depending on the time the order is received.
We do not have control over how quickly USPS delivers packages, but our packages typically arrive anywhere in the US within 3 business days after shipment, and arrive internationally within 2 weeks. Sometimes, due to customs issues, international orders may take longer than the expected amount of time.
